"ClickInks sent the wrong ink cartridges and after I notified them and sent them back, they sent me the same wrong cartridges again! Then two separate customer service reps asked me to send photos of the cartridges to prove that they didn't fit, which I did, next to my printer's slot which was clearly too small to fit the products. I sent pictures 3 times because they kept asking for different angles. Why would I even bother if the product worked?!
After two months, they FINALLY acknowledged that there was a website error on their end; however, instead of apologizing and immediately sending the correct ink, asked me to print a label (with no ink, HA!) and return them before they could send me what I had ordered months before.
In the end, I didn't have the time to wait for this exchange, so I ordered from another company.
Oh and they didn't even offer me a refund! Only credit. Which is the only reason I am back now, two years later. I have $35 unused credit which should have just been given back to me in the first place.
I'm hoping they send the right product this time. "
