Also, following the "free shipping" asterisk (small next to large banner) to the bottom of the order form to find there is a minimum purchase is something that shouldn't have to be done. How about putting all necessary info right up front so a customer knows what he/she is dealing with right from the get-go. Remember, it is a competitive world.
