"I placed an order for ink here, but it ended up being the wrong thing, and I was able to contact customer service, and get the order cancelled right away. However, they had already charged my account, and they quoted 30 days to return the funds. I was not pleased with this, as it took about one second for them to take my money. I told them I would not be ordering the correct items until after the money was returned to my account. It took about eight days for the refund to show up in my account. I don't know if I will be going ahead and purchasing from here, as I have since found my ink cheaper somewhere else. Just be aware if you have an issue with your order, although customer service is kind (just a little hard to understand, some have heavy accents), it may take a long time to get a refund. I may use them in the future, but probably not this time around."

"First they put their ad on a legitimate Dell web site to lure you to their site. This recycled ink is junk. Then they charge you a 20% restocking fee. Really??? They have people working for them who can't even spell your name correctly and will not tell you where they are except "off-shore". SHAME ON THEM!! Even this rating is deceptive, You can "ONLY" put one star for "Very Dissatisfied" so it makes it look like most people are "Satisfied". Their Terms & Conditions state "If you are dissatisfied with the Site, its content or Terms or Conditions, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this Site" so this comment will probably never be seen! But WORD OF MOUTH is very effective and I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use this company. They cannot stop me :)"
