"I placed an order with the customer service rep and he immediately took my credit card payment saying the order would ship the next day.
The following day I received an email stating the items were out of stock.
I asked when they would be available and two different representatives could not give me even an estimated time in which they would be available.
Upon asking for the cancelation of the order and a credit for the card purchase, I was assured that the refund would be made; However it could take up to 30 days, or one billing cycle to receive the refund.
This was a very aggravating transaction for me.
The same day I placed an order with a competitive online retailer in which the product was received within two business days.
Will not purchase from Clickinks.com again."

I sent an email back with response that they did not recognize our account. Thursday I sat on hold 38 minutes waiting for customer service. Finally sent them a fax wanting to know status of my order. To date I can't find out anything. I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service."
