I bought a middle-to-high end computer video card (GeForce 8800 GTS 512) from ClubIT. There was a problem with my payment because I was shipping it to my work address. But I only got to know this after I called the sales the next day to check my order status since it's still "Pending Approval". Then I was told to call my credit card company to add my work address on file. I was surprised because I could use this card to order online a lot at NewEgg, Amazon, Dell and most other places. However, the sales person told me it's the extra security measure ClubIT takes - which is fine - and I did call my credit card company and then called back the sales. After that, everything is smooth, just like most other online retailers I've been using.

Pros: 1) Use higher security measure on payment. 2) Order processing and shipping are fast, like most famous online retailers.

Cons: The E-Mail notification system can be improved: 1) When there is a problem with payment, an E-Mail should be sent. 2) When the payment is processed (e.g. credit card charged successfully), an E-Mail should be sent. 3) When the order is shipped, an E-Mail should be sent."
