"This was my first order from ClubIt and I can assure eveyone that it will be my last. If everything works ok you will be ok. If you happen to have a processor problem you are on your own. I was told there was a 15 day exchange period on faulty Processor. Intel said place of purchase should warranty it. Got an E-Mail on the 30th day and said they had informed me wrong. On same order I had a rebate through ClubIt on memory. Also had one from NewEgg that was mailed in the same time NewEgg has already processed and ClubIt is not to be found. I will stay with NewEgg or Tiger or Zipzoom Fly no more of this crap.

We have since got this matter resolved to my utmost satification. I have found that at ClubIt customer satification is their main objective. I should have gave them a better chance to resolve the matter before I posted the review. Customer Service thought I was wanting refund when an exchange was what I ordered. "Ordered a OEM cpu on the weekend. Was shipped out fast and well packaged. My only gripe is that their Customer Service is closed on the weekend and there is no online method for canceling orders. I mistakenly ordered a OEM when I wanted the retail, and used their form to send an email to cancel my order just minutes after it was placed. Still, they informed me early Monday that my order had been picked by FedEx on Sunday and couldn't be retrieved. They definitely should install a cancel button! Anyway, Customer Service told me to refuse delivery and that there wouldn't be any charges but FedEx just dropped it at my door. I decided to keep it anyway (they gave me a partial refund since the price had dropped again) since I'm too lazy to drive it to FedEx and it was my mistake, not theirs. I give them credit for very fast responses to my emails and good prices. "
