Sent package out next business day, and I received it on the next day (California to California). There was a screw-up in the automated tracking number e-mail. "I ordered and payed for a new, unopened MSI K9N SLI Platinum motherboard from this retailer and received a used one. I know this because the southbridge cooler retaining screws are slightly stripped as though someone had removed it and reinstalled it with a worn out Philips head screwdriver. On first boot, the BIOS showed to have been over-clocked because it said the previous attempt at over-clocking had failed and it would now reset to default and the time and date were set to one hour later than my CST zone.
I don't do this kind of thing in my life and I don't appreciate it being done to me.
However, so far this board is working flawlessly. Probably the best computer I've built to date.
I can't excuse any retailer who sends out used for new prices but I can live with it."
