Same day shipping was cool. Only problem was their rebate form showed an incorrect date according to the rebate center. As of today the rebate center will not honor my rebate. Wouldn't be a big deal except it is for $15. Clubit CSR said he would try to get them to process and if they won't I can return the order for a refund. So at least Clubit is trying to help me. That is always a good thing."

"Ordered a high demand processor and got the order in just before they went out of stock. Package was sent via 2-day air and all was proceeding normally until FedEx lost the package. I called this store's customer service and explained my situation, as I urgently needed the processor.

The helpful representative called me back after 30 minutes and had somehow obtained a replacement even though they had been listed as out of stock for days, sending the replacement out that same night right as they were closing. The processor arrived just a couple of days later than my original order should have. FedEx found their package no less than two days after that and turned up on my doorstep with the now redundant package, and ClubIT allowed that package returned to them for no cost or trouble to me.

This was my first order from them. They treated me like a thousand dollar customer in this instance when I had spent less than a third of that."
