"I ordered an ionic toothbrush from this company through Amazon.com, where they operate as AmericaRX. They sent me the wrong item, which I didn't receive until ~14 days later due to me currently working in Canada. Rather than the ionic toothbrush I ordered, which cost ~$20, they sent me a basic soft toothbrush, not even close to what I ordered. I contacted them just yesterday, only about two weeks after the order shipped, and they refused to correct the issue due to their ridiculously short return policy which states that they have to be contacted within seven days of receiving the item, which was impossible for me.
I highly recommend shopping elsewhere as this company has poor customer service, and per the reviews below, an above-average likelihood of shipping the wrong item to you."

"Hotels.com is my main go-to for almost all hotels that I book. Of course you have to do you due diligence to make sure you're getting a good price, but Hotels.com is generally right in line with all of the other major websites. The main reason that I book with them is for the four extra points per dollar that I get through Ultimate Rewards on my Chase Sapphire Preferred card. This can add up to a lot of points over time. I always volunteer to book the hotel rooms for any group even that I go on. There's a good for hotels with free cancellation, which a lot of the other booking websites don't have. However, you have to keep your eyes open on that. I recently made a booking and thought that it had free cancellation, but after going back it looks like it didn't. However, since I'm a Silver level member, Hotels.com canceled the room for me and absorbed the one night that I was committed to, which was awesome. I highly recommend these guys."

"It really is too bad that Ticketmaster has such a stranglehold on the live performance entertainment industry, they really over charge. I just paid more than 20% in fees on top of the ticket price. It should be illegal. I will move on to whatever competitor strives to dethrone Ticketmaster as they have had their time and must now be done away with."

"I ordered a few of the Lord of the Rings extended edition blu-rays on a good sale. Rather than leaving my package at my apartment, UPS had it sent to one of their stores to pick it up myself. I had five days to do this. I wasn't able to because I was out of the country, so UPS returned it to Amazon. I called Amazon up and they were very helpful. They shipped out the order again via Canada Post express and I got it in a few days. Great customer service."

"I've ordered several times from O2Gearshop. They have a pretty wide selection of outdoor items, and some very good on certain items. The shipping's not overly quick, but it's free over $99 so I don't complain. They often also have coupon deals which can save you a bunch more too. Great store to shop at."

"I ordered several different items from TheraBreath and everything showed up perfectly. They have a great selection of items for any breath issue and they really do work. TheraBreath also has promotions quite often which can help offset the price of their premium products. I need to place another order here soon now that I think of it...."

"I ordered some Whey powder as they had a really good deal on it. They confirmed my order and sent an email the next day saying that they had run out of inventory but planned to ship within 7-10 days. I rarely blame companies for running out of inventory, and 24 Hour Fitness went a step above the rest and gave me a $10 coupon for my troubles. Everything got to me within the allotted time so I have no complaints. 24 Hour Fitness is a great store and I will be back again."

"I ordered a crankset from Niagara and received and email pretty quickly saying that the silver model I ordered was out of stock. I replied back saying that the black model would be an acceptable substitute, and they continued to process the order as such. I received the item with no problems, although it wasn't the fastest of shipments. Nonetheless, their customer service did seem helpful and took care of the problem. Having worked in inventory management positions, I know how difficult it can be so I don't hold it against them. I will shop Niagara Cycle Works again in the future since their pricing and selection is pretty competitive."

"I am from the United States and have ordered several times from Amazon.co.uk due to their special sales on certain items, mainly Blu-Ray discs. All of my orders have gone through smoothly and the shipping time is actually not that bad, especially for how cheap it is. I will definitely order from Amazon.co.uk again in the future. I'm currently living in Canada and Amazon.ca pales in comparison to the selection of its sister country's store. Great store overall."

"I have placed two orders now with Tire Rack. My first was for some summer tires and 18" rims, and the second was for winter tires. The pricing seems reasonable and the selection is pretty good. I like not having to pay taxes, it more than makes up for the shipping cost, which is by no means exorbitant. Shipping is quick and both of my orders arrived in perfect condition. I will definitely order from the Tire Rack again in the future when my vehicle needs it.
Of note: I particularly like the user reviews section. It is extremely helpful with making the right selection. It's very detailed and useful."
