"Ordered a TV stand on 7/9 listed 'in stock' on the website. With the 1st time buyer/free shipping code (that they advertise repeatedly on the site), it was a good deal. After 11 days the order was still 'processing' and listed as 'sent to warehouse'. I sent an email to customer service to look into what the problem was. Two days later I received a message that they were not getting any more units from their supplier and that they cancelled my order. Even today, the stand is listed as 'IN STOCK'. There are no phone numbers listed to call, so the only way to communicate is through their email system. It looks to me that they didn't want to honor free shipping on a heavy item. If that was the case, all they had to do was let me know that there is a weight limit on the free shipping offer up front instead of letting me place an order and making me wait 2 weeks for nothing, making up an excuse and cancelling. Customer service is a joke. Never ordering again and posting here to warn others."
"I purchased the same RCA Lyra Wireless item that the previous poster purchased...found the deal on FatWallet (as many probably did) and for the price, it was worth a shot to order the item, since I've been wanting a unit to transmit music from my PC to my main stereo, which are 2 rooms apart and it would be difficult to run wires. Received the shipment about 1 week after purchasing, so I'm very glad I pulled the trigger on this item from Coconuts!!!"
"Seeing the low rating this store has, I hesitated to order, but went ahead and bought an RCA Lyra wireless music transmission system and some extra receivers. Coconuts' price was great, and a discount code gave me free shipping.
I ordered on a Sunday, and my order went out by UPS, with tracking, the next day. I got it on Thursday, 3 business days after ordering. It was well-packed and everything worked very well.
Altogether it was a pleasant and efficient purchase experience with Coconuts."

I ordered Friends: The one with all ten seasons from them back in September. Naturally, I knew I would not be getting them until they were released on 11/15. While they did arrive on time, the glass on the front of the case was cracked. I reported it via their web site and was sent a ups return lable. It was received by their warehouse on 11/29. They claimed it was never received. I've been trying to get information about it almost everyday and everyday it's the same response from them. "This is to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to our corporate office and they will contact you soon via email." I no longer want the DVDs from them and demanded a refund.
I reported them to the Better Business Bureau."
"I have placed dozens of orders with Coconuts.com and never had any problems. Their delivery time is sometimes a little slow, but honestly what can you expect for FREE shipping?? Their rebates are also reliable. Sometimes I get a "rebate declined" postcard, but all it takes is one phone call to sort it out. Coconuts.com provides good service, excellent competitive prices, and rebates on hundreds of their products. Two thumbs up!!"
"Coconuts.com has terrible customer service. Their website showed the wrong product information, and therefore I received the wrong item. They refused to rectify the situation with either a refund or an exchange. They told me to call the manufacturer! Nobody ever replies to emails and their toll-free number (which is impossible to find - ***-***-****) is outsourced to India. I will never order from them again. BEWARE!"
"They cancelled my order, due to a claimed "communications error" with my credit card company. If I want the goods I ordered, I have to resubmit my order. Of course now their prices have all gone up. Classic bait-and-switch. Will never order from them again."

"I pre-ordered a mix of in-stock DVDs along with some pre-orders. The in-stock DVDs shipped right away and only took 3 days to arrive. The first pre-order never showed up a full week after the street date. It turns out it never shipped, and they requested that I re-order it. Why would anyone re-order an item after that? The second pre-order didn't ship until the street date, and didn't arrive for almost 10 days. The emails were not very helpful. I would not recommend ordering from this site at all."
"Preordered a DVD in October, delivered as promised on December 13th. Easy to order and delivered on time! Big problem as they will not work with me so I can submit material required for a rebate. I have asked repeatedly to help me find a way that I can successfully fulfill requirements of the rebate and they will not help me. Since no sku was present on the outside packaging, am I supposed to destroy my DVD case? I don't think so. Big thumbs up for delivery and price, huge thumbs down for customer service. Customer service is where it's at, and they didn't come through."
