"So what will these guys do if you submit a ticket asking for a new code for a game on their 3DS software? Tell you to **** off. Codejunkies not only abandoned powersaves right after the last Pokemon game released (like people only play Pokemon and absolutely nothing else), but will not act on any requests to add in new codes, because of course since they're absolute geniuses they didn't implement a way for people to add in their own codes so their customers (That's right! People who PAID for their livelihood!) can do their jobs for them. Example: I sent in countless requests for a game called Pokemon Super Mystery Dungeon. It currently has only one code. What is that? Max money. Usually with this type of game that would be more than satisfactory. However they ignored gold bars. A secondary currency far, far (indeed, far!) more valuable than the standard. Regular money can get you shop items that are constantly shuffled. You can't really rely on this and it can take a fair bit of time to check all the shops in EVERY area just to get nothing. However you can use gold bars on a secondary shop that never has to reroll their inventory, sells permanent stat upgrade items, move upgrade items, revival items (you know consistently useful stuff) at an unlimited rate. You can even trade in gold bars for the primary currency. Rendering their ONLY code useless. Codejunkies will either sell you an incomplete service or just not deliver and take your money. Don't give let these frauds live off of their flawed business model. "
"Maybe I just got lucky but I ordered a Gotcha Classic on a Tuesday and by Friday afternoon it was here.
The day after (Wednesday) my order was still showing as 'unpaid', so I sent them an email or 'ticket' through their website at 8am and by 11am they had replied telling me it had been paid for and processed.
I ordered the black band, and although the package they sent me was for the pixelated one, they had put an additional black band in as well as the pixelated one!
Could not be happier, would encourage you to try it for yourself as I was sceptical after reading these reviews. The gotcha even came packaged with a protective film over the screen. 10/10."

Bought a gotcha straight from their website and the device was dead on arrival.
Was told by codejunkies that I would be reimbursed for return shipping and they would ship me a new device.
They are claiming I havent returned the unit. I have all the relevant return receipts and documents from the courier proving I have made the return and that the courier has shipped the unit. I have provided them with the receipts and they refuse to acknowledge them.
This is a classic example of how a return scam works. Theyve been caught doing this multiple times. Google it!

"Der Rechnungs-Betrag wurde bei PayPal nicht angezeigt und ich konnte den Auftrag nicht abschließen. Beim zurückgehen hing die Seite sich auf. Der Auftrag konnte nicht storniert oder gelöscht werden. (Status unbezahlt, da kein Abschluss der Zahlung erfolgt) Ich gab einen neuen Auftrag ein und dort ging alle glatt. Ich schrieb codejunkies eine E-Mail zum Storno des ersten Auftrages. Eröffnete wohl am nächsten Werktag zu spät ein Ticket, Ware ging raus, trotz Kommunikation. Hier wurde die Ware nicht zurückgehalten um das Problem zu lösen. Noch der eine Auftrag storniert, plötzlich wahr er nämlich auf Status bezahlt. Paypal nahm wohl die Daten vom zweiten Auftrag und buchte den Betrag zum ersten Auftrag. Ich schilderte mein Problem und Codejunkies. Sollte das selber mit PayPal zu klären, obwohl sie der Händler sind und den Auftrag nur stornieren können. PayPal verwies mich da zu Recht auf den Händler, aber buchte einfach eine nicht bestätigten Betrag ab. Beide Unternehmen kann ich nicht empfehlen. "

"I ordered a powersave pro off their website because I was sick of my ACNL cartridges getting lost or corrupted. Of course, intelligent human being that I am, I only read the reviews on this website afterwards. I was surprised it even arrived in the mail today.
The box was smushed a bit. The device looks a bit cheap, and I was worried it'd scratch the game card, but after following the instructions, I was able make a backup! I'm so unbelievably relieved and happy it wasn't a scam after all.
The only other downside is that you can't access your username from their website for some reason- I'm stuck with a randomly generated username and password now after resetting it."
