"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with on the internet and I buy a lot of things on the internet. I went through a company called CC Now who are apparently the middle men for this company. I ordered a KitchenAid Mixer on 11-23-11. The price was too good to be true ($30 dollars less than the lowest out there. I was going to also use a rebate once I got the order so it was going to be an exceptionally good price. Other companies had sales that were close but I chose this one. I continued check the internet to see when it was shipping etc. and it kept saying the order was pending. Finally I contacted CC Now who checked with Coffeehots and CC Now contacted me to say that the order it was cancelled due to being out of stock. My money was refunded to Paypal (grateful I used them an d didn't give my credit card to Coffeehots). That should have been the end but I had let go of several sales in order to take advantage of this good deal and had a rebate that was running out. I then decided to check the Coffeehots website. They were not out of stock but the price had gone up by $30!!!!! I believe they had listed the wrong price on accident and did not want to stand behind their mistake. I tried to contact them but they never answered my e-mails or called me back when I phoned. CC Now also tried to intervene but they did not call them either at least that is what CC Now indicated. They would have been better off honoring their price instead of hiding. I will write to every website and tell them what happened. In the end they would be better off giving me the mixer free of charge. Buyer beware of this company and company beware of a woman scorned!!!!"

"Wish I had checked before purchasing. Bought Keurig B40 on 11/25, got a confirmation, but never got the item. Calling customer service sends me straight to voicemail and they don't answer emails. I paid via PayPal and it looks like my payment never went through? Lucky for me! BUYER BEWARE!!!!"

"Don't purchase from this company. I put an order for a Keurig in on Nov 24th--thought the price was too good to be true. It was. Luckily I paid with Paypal and the payment is still pending. However, I have emailed and called CoffeeHots several times trying to cancel my order and have not heard anything back from them. Paypal has told me they can't cancel the payment so I'm hoping that it won't go through. Been trying to get this resolved for a couple of weeks now."

"Absolutely awful! I have tried calling several times as well as leaving emails and haven't heard anything back. I don't care if I got a good price for the item....if I never get it, it doesn't matter and I would rather pay more and have good customer service! Don't purchase from them!

"I too had worries about ordering with this company because of the reviews. I was after the canon rebel camera which was at a unbelieveable price. I saw it was able to add to cart, but I didn't that day. Next day it wasn't available. I waited and 3 days later it was. I ordered it not expecting to get it and it stayed in paypal payment pending. I ordered it on Thursday and Monday morning the camera was delivered. I don't think they are a dishonest company, but I do believe it is a hit or miss with them. I would buy from them again as long as it was a item that wasn't needed in a time frame and I was buying to save a lot of money."

"I ordered a Keurig B70 coffee maker on 10/12, and as of today, 10/17, my instant, Credit Card funded payment through PayPal is still "Pending." I have called their customer service number, only to be shunted to an answering service, and have also emailed them, and have not received a response. Their Terms of Service policy states "Once we receive payment, expect your goods to be delivered anywhere in the mainland United States within 2 business days." They received payment the instant I made it through PayPal on 10/12. I have nothing, and it is past two business days.

Your customer service is terrible. I am sorry I ever bought anything from CoffeeHots.

Edit: I received my Keurig B70 coffee maker, so I cannot complain that I was stolen from, but their Customer Service is still terrible. Main problem is no communication whatsoever, despite several attempts at communication before I received my item.

"My experience with CoffeeHots was a disaster!! I made my purchase on November 1st, and was to receive my merchadise in two weeks. Two weeks will be tomorrow, and when I checked my Pay Pal account, the money was still in a pending status. I tried to call the seller several time, but could only leave messages on a personal answering machine. Thank goodness PayPal has a customer guarantee. After my experience, I went online to read some reviews about other customers' purchase experience with CoffeeHots. Over half of the reviews were about the same thing I just went through. I should have went with my first instinct when I was about to make my purchase. I normally only shop through a handful of reputable sites. I only decided to go with Coffeehots because I saw that they offered Paypay, so I thought I could trust them with my purchase. I called PayPal early this afternoon, and they sent the seller an email on my behalf, giving them 72 hours to confirm shipment of my product, or the order would be cancelled. By the time I got home from work, the seller had responded that they had unfortunately just run out of the product, and would refund the money. They thanked me for understanding, what a bunch of crock. Why didn't they let me know that instead of having me wait around for an item that was never coming. I could've spent that time trying to find another one. I will never do business with CoffeeHots again...Thank you PAYPAL!! "

"As of right now I am very disappointed with my recent purchase with CoffeeHots. I placed an order said it didn't go through, so I tried to place it again, only to find out the first one actually did go through. Realized it right away, so I sent an e-mail to try and cancel one of the orders and have never received a response. Left a voice message to try and cancel one of the orders, never received a response. Today I received two of the same items and obviously by all of my messages only needed one. Any advice on how to solve this through CoffeeHots would be greatly appreciated! "

"Like many others on here, I placed an order and never received anything. No response to emails, or phone calls, nothing. I was hesitant to order from here in the first place, as it looks very much like a scam, but I did anyways since many people on here reported receiving their merchandise, although it took some time. I should have listened to my instincts, if it's too good to be true, it probably is. At least they never charged my card, but I just hope these shysters haven't stolen my CC info or sold it off to someone. You've been warned. "

"Coffeehots had good prices on the bissell big green carpet cleaner and Cannon Rebel T3 camera. Placing the order was easy, paid with paypal. However a day following my order I noticed the camera price is now listed 100 dollars more and Paypal payment is still listed as pending over 2 weeks later.
Payment pending means coffeehots has not processed the payment, is coffeehots having product availablity problems? I don't know the dozens of emails I have sent to them requesting status have been unanswered.

"I ordered an American Girl doll for my daughter on 10/20 and hadn't heard a thing by 10/30, even though toys were supposed to be shipped within 5-8 days. After sending an inquiry I received a response that said they hadn't received the item from the manufacturer and "to protect the reputation of their new company" were cancelling my order. Sure hope I get the refund as promised or I'll be filing a credit card dispute. Also glad it was a Christmas gift and I have time to shop for a reliable seller."

"Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ordered two weeks ago and have since had no communication with company despite numerous phone messages and emails. They are holding onto my money with no way to cancel and no sign of them shipping my product. Would have spent the extra two hundred dollars just to avoid the stress caused by this transaction. Do not buy from coffeehots!... Update-They have cancelled my order after almost a month of waiting but are still selling the item online. Don't know why it was cancelled because I still can't get in touch with anyone. "
