"I was searching for a Nikon D3100 with lens and CoffeeHots had the best deal by far at only $409.99. The morning after I placed my order I noticed the website price had changed to $459.99.
A few days after I placed my order I sent an email via the website asking for an update. No response. Over the next couple days I sent emails directly to the payment email listed in the PayPal payment asking for an update. No response. Then I sent an email asking for a refund. No response. My payment is still pending in PayPal. PayPal only holds funds for DISREPUTABLE sellers that have to give large numbers of refunds and they don't want the seller transferring the funds out of PayPal before that happens.
I know there's someone actively operating the website because the price for the item was changed after I placed my order. I think whoever runs CoffeeHots didn't want to sell to me after realizing their price was so much lower than their competitors. The funny thing is, if my order had been cancelled instead of just ignoring me and leaving it pending, I would have ordered it again at the higher price of $460. Instead I ordered the camera from Beach Camera for a little less than what CoffeeHots is now asking thanks to a coupon from Beach Camera and a rebate from Upromise MasterCard.
I would not recommend CoffeeHots to anyone, despite the low prices. It's not worth the RISK or the HASSLE. Imagine if the item had been mailed but there was a problem. There would be absolutely no customer service to help me. I will never visit the website again for anything. I find it interesting that CoffeeHots monitors ResellerRatings for feedback. If they'd just monitor their email they wouldn't have near as many complaints as they do.

After I wrote my review I noticed several 5-star reviews for some products sold on the website. All were from first time reviewers on RR and all were their one and only review. I did a Google search and found each review was copied and pasted from another website. One even said the product was purchased from Amazon! I reported this to RR staff, and after investigating, they removed the reviews and banned CoffeeHots as a participating merchant. I applaud RR for upholding the integrity of their site even though it meant losing a little revenue."
"I ordered a camera from this site on oct 16, 2011. It is now oct 24th and ithey have not processed payment or shipped item to my knowledge. I have called and emailed over and over with no response. I hope they see this review and contact me as I really want the item! Will give a positive review if they contact me. Its a gift for my wife!"
"Stay away from this merchant!! It seems to be hit or miss from other reviews. They held $410 of my money "pending" with Paypal for over 8 days. Other than the initial e-mail from them, I heard nothing further about my transaction. I e-mailed them 4 times over the course of a week (every available address including the one listed through eVOX - the company that owns CoffeeHots apparently) and heard nothing back from them. Check BBB, they have an F rating. Buyer beware. Not sure if people giving good feedback are working for them or not.
After submitting this review initially, I received the following e-mail from them through resellerratings "We appreciate your feedbacks which will help us serve u better next time. We hope you will shopping with CoffeeHots again." It's 17 days after my order and they have still left the transaction pending notice in my Paypal account even after this response to me. Change your Paypal login info if you do use them, I've read of others warning of them and another company listed at their same address (tarakit.com) hacking Paypal accounts. The grammar in their response e-mail says it all. BEWARE."

"Was a little skeptic like many others but very happy with the deal I got on a Canon Rebel T3 for $330. A $200 Savings! I placed my order via pay pal. Received the confirmation, then the tracking information when shipped. They do need to make a few changes in the website, I wasn't able to go back to view my account even when trying to reset the password, but received the camera new as described. The shipping invoice showed it shipped from another company that I use frequently, just at a deeply discounted price for the exact same item. I ordered on a Sunday and had the camera by Thursday. Not sure how they do it, but it was an awesome deal. They also emailed a $20 off coupon for my next purchase. I will use them again in the future."

yes, they don't respond to your emails. But it's fine as long as the product arrives.
They emailed me with tracking number right after the product was shipped. I would recommend this for everyone.

"Terrible, Terrible customer service!! Placed an order for a kitchen product....for almost a week it remained in "awaiting shipping" status. Dropped them emails, phone messages (no one alive ever answers the phone) - no replys. Dropped them one last email, letting them know I felt dupped. They finally replied and decided to cancel the order. I did not want to cancel the order - was only looking for a little customer service, looking for a status. They replied with "still waiting on the manufacturer but cancelled the order nonetheless!

"I thought Coffeehots was great when I was ordering my product. I found what I wanted and it was much cheaper than any other site so I ordered it. That night I received an email stating that my purchase had been made but I hadn't been billed. Their customer service emailed me and stated that my payment hadn't gone through and gave me instructions on how to use CCNOW to order with Credit Card instead of PayPal. After that I was a little worried because I didn't get any confirmation of shipment and so I called and left messages about my order. I did have to email and call a number of times but they then shipped everything off with two day shipping at no charge to me. I have to say that I was very nervous ordering from this site and it was hard to get a hold of costumer service but in the end it worked out perfect. I would definitely order from them again. "

"I ordered an item from them on a Sunday and received by Wednesday the only thing was they never communicate with you either by email or phone. You get a confirmation email telling you to log in and go to "My account page" there is no such page. If you call them it's just a voice mail message and they don't call you back. So you just sit and wait until finally you get an email telling you your item has been shipped. Not sure if I would use them again, I don't like the fact that they don't communicate with you, I had a few questions for them. The item was brand new and works but what if it was damaged? They tell you that you have two days to notify them, but they don't get back to you!"
