"I placed the order on line. It said it didnt go through. I tried two more times same reply. I called in order and ended up receiving four of the same order. Customer service argued with me and said they couldn't cancel the three orders and I would have to pay to ship them back. Finally after much arguing they sent me a free return label. Not the greatest exoetience!"

You charged me for the shirt that I never received and there is no mention of the toy so I would know if it was on backorder or what happened to it.
