"I did not like how the items were packaged. The box had two yellow straps around the box. The box was not taped shut. One of the bracelets I ordered was missing. I don't know if it fell out or just didn't get packed. Three other small items were just loose in the box. I don't know how they stayed in the box."

"I've been buying items from CE for years never had any issue's accept I never received credit for an item that was sent in error last year after sending it back, but I still like buying thing's from CE, they have a lot of the unique item's that my wife and I enjoy, I've bought these type of light's before and never had any problem with them, though they could be a bit taller, I like the color changing lights to have around for the holidays and have had many compliments on them."
