"the Autumn Angels are a pleasing height and the hand and fingers are correct proportional. Their faces are well done and life-like. The wings are assembled with metal screws. I need to speak with the Collections Etc. customer service to let them know that one body is missing back inlet. I also bought the Seashell Anchors two large I like them I will need to glue the shells on better because a few fell off as I picked them up and of course paint, like colorful art pieces and in my color scheme. I have been buying from this company for years and have been very satisfied with it and the staff. "
"My order was being returned by the P.O. as undeliverable & I called Collections asking what address the order was being shipped to & found I had entered the iaddress numbers transposed. I was able to have a good laugh with the CSR Tim. Tim suggested high tailing it (my words) to the P.O. to catch it before it went back. Sent my husband who retrieved our package & are happy with our order."

"An employee of Collections was confused about my order. I ordered 1 of each of these items on 09/23/2019 , order # 83833668, credit card correctly charged for all 3:
- Light Up Santa Sleigh 3PC Set
- Poinsettia Lace Tablecloth Rec
- Ice Skates Mailbox Swag
After those items arrived in 2 separate mailings on time and safely, the following items arrived which I did not order:
- Light Up Santa Sleigh 3PC Set
- Mr. & Mrs. Snowman Table Topper
- Ice Skates Mailbox Swag
The packing slip stated that I ordered these items on 09/26/2019, order # 83871710, credit card charged for all 3.
I then spoke to a representative about the confusion, and he passed me to his manager. Both said They had the # 83871710 order in their system, and did not believe me that it was a bogus order. They said I could return those items if I wished, and Collections would give back the amount they had charged my credit card for those 3 items. That's fine, but they refused to cover the amount of postage and handling for the return as they consider this to be my mistake, not Collections.
As a result, I am going to submit a very negative report to the Better Business Bureau on
Collections' handling of this situation."
"I ordered this dermaRPx 10-12 -2019 i kept looking for it So i decied to call on10-25 2019. The person i talked to kept on telling me they was no record of it.I told her i did order it she kept tell me,the same thing i told her i ordered it on the 10-12 and they had took the money out of my accou t i am not to happy with this i finally got it yesterday the whole paper and the box, was all tore up 84028251 thanks patsy blessing "
"I ordered an item on 10/7/19 and have not received it as of 10/27/19. The total amount for this item was deducted from my checking account on on the same day it was ordered. I've phoned customer service but got the "run around" and no explanation or satisfaction as to where my order is. I will never order anything from your company again, although I've bought a lot during the past. I want my money refunded"
"On October 7 2019 I placed an order and within an hour of placing the order I called and canceled the order.they shipped it anyway ,I have called many times about this problem at least 6 times they keep telling they are email me a free return shipping label. It is now October 27 I still have Not recieved the free return shipping label. Terrible customer service .order # 84015451. I will never do business again with this company."

"Such cute things that fit my budget. Love the catalogues, but the shopping on line is so easy! Have been buying from Collections for many many years, and look forward to shopping for many more. I can't remember ever being unhappy with a purchase, which is hard to say about most companies. Everything I have purchased over the years, I still have, and they are still perfect. So quality is good as well. What I purchased was for Christmas Holidays, but I checked the instructions and they are clear, and easy."
"Instead of saying that they charged the incorrect tax so had to put two charges on my credit card for the same order and that one would be removed, they told a lie about why two charges were showing up. Just say what happened - ideally an email letting me know I would see two charges with one being credited back to my account would have been the best kind of customer service, but when a customer takes the time to call, just be honest about what happened, apologize and I would have been fine - instead when the call ended I was upset and will think long and hard about placing another order. Always have loved the products and have been a customer for many years but this interaction with two customer service people was insulting since I know very well how a pre-authorization works as opposed to a charge on the credit card.
