"Shipping of my two throw rugs was improper. You do not fold rugs!!! It leaves creases in the rug where it was folded during packing. You should roll the rug for shipping."
"I placed an on-line order for two blue textured valances, two blue textured swags and two pair of textured 36” curtains. These arrived correctly. On this same order, were two textured sways in cream color. They too were correct. However, although I ordered two pair of 36” textured curtains in cream, I received two pair of 24” curtains in cream. The packing slip indicated the correct items but the actual curtains were too short for my use. These curtains were returned on: 10/02/19 via FEDEX/USPS on tracking number: 9202394653068003606426. The packing/return slip was marked with the reason for return. To date, I have not received the correct curtains nor have I been notified they have been sent. Please provide an updated status."
"I placed an order on a Sunday and when I got the confirmation I noticed it had my wrong address. Now the catalog I ordered from did have my correct address. So I called immediately on Monday morning and tried to change the address. I was told it was too late that the order was ready to ship. I couldn't understand why it couldn't be stopped. I was assured it would be returned to Collections and then shipped to my new address. But that didn't happen. It was forwarded to my new address and was told by the Post Office that packages are not forwarded free. So needless to say I am upset. I understand I should of checked my address on ordering, but I didn't think about that when the catalog came to my new address.
