If my shopping experience stopped there, I would not be so critical. So we decide to return the seats. I am told that I will have to pay for shipping. Frustrated but OK. I spend $40.00 on shipping. Fast forward a week, I get my refund credited to my credit card.

Here it goes, minus $40.00 more. So recap, I spent $80.00 for nothing. When I contacted them, I was told the $40.00 was for shipping. I paid for the shipping. And the shipping to me was FREE SHIPPING. But they don't stress that if you return you will pay for BOTH SHIPPING. So there is no such thing AS FREE SHIPPING.

Seriously, $80.00 spent on getting nothing of an inferior product sold by an inferior company. Stay far far away from this company. You will regret your interactions with them. "
