"They have no toll free number so you must call them at your expense even when it is their mess-up. They were very kind and helpful on the phone and seeing I caught it in time cancelled my order so I could correct it and place a new one but after reordering I was THEN informed in an email invoice that one of the products was not even in stock. I went back to their website to look again and there still was no information whatsoever stating that it was not in stock. After a week and a half I got one of the items. The out of stock item then came a few days later which was actually shipped quite fast considering the time it finally became available to them. The other two items are still who knows where. It has been 14 days now and I just made the second call as I have no tracking number and no information whatsoever regarding the status of these other items other than the original receipt and invoice that was emailed to me 14 days ago. They had no idea where these items were when I asked and said that they have to call the manufacturers. I had almost forgotten about them as I have been so busy. I can’t help but wonder if I would have ever seen these items if I didn’t happen to remember and call. I have been so busy taking care of so many actual demanding and important priorities in my life, who has time for all of this nonsense! I normally just simply order, pay, and I get my order in approximately a week or less. Been doing it for many years but now and then you run into stuff like this. I hope they get it together because they seem like very nice people at least on the phone. UPDATE: The above review was written on Sept 14, The order was placed on August 31, 2011. It is now September 24, 2011 and am STILL waiting for the these items! NEVER again………"
