"I love these seats. I got 2 of them for my 3 and 2 year old. They are so easy to install and the kids seem to like them too. When they fall asleep their heads aren't on their chest since it has the recline for forward facing kids too. The only bad thing is how heavy they are but I don't know how they wouldn't be since they have a metal frame. Love these!!! "

"I placed an order for a toddler carseat at Comfortfirst subsidiary "Sunshinekids". The price was very low, possibly into "too good to be true" territory. The website said that they were backordered and expected to ship in a few weeks; I was okay with that. I got an order confirmation email immediately and the next day I got a backorder notification telling me I could wait until early November or cancel.
update: (11/3/2010) After I posted my review they emailed me with a personal apology and said the package would be going out shortly. I got it on 11/1. Looks like they opened it to check it and then resealed it."

The best part was that they have a storefront where I was able to see the products I wanted to purchase.
