Sure enough, the next day I received an email with a tracking number, although it did not confirm what items I bought. In fact, I never received a receipt. Shipped UPS ground and arrived within 4 business days. I'm very pleased. To would-be-buyers: this was the best price I found anywhere on the internet. If they have such a small markup, you can expect they don't have a large staff. I STRONGLY suggest you call first to check their stock, like I did, since that seems to be the #1 complaint from others. But I was very pleased with the service."

I have emailed 3 times and also called for two weeks, and they are not able to tell me the status of my order, just that someone is "investigating" the status. I just want a refund because I needed the diaper bag 2 weeks ago. "
