"The experience was overall good.

Delivery was very near the end of the time range on the day of delivery, and I missed work to help unload. Turns out the delivery truck had a lift gate, so there was absolutely no lifting, and I did not have to be there. My wife could have accepted the shipment easily. Delivery driver was very nice.

Also, the packaging carton looked like it got hit with a fork truck, and it did bend some of the compressor cooling fins. Fortunately, it did not appear to rupture the tubing, but I must say I am not happy about that. We straightened out the fins as good as possible, and so far our new ductless ac works great."

- Customer service is in the United States and they speak ENGLISH. Customer service was also very responsive when I had a concern regarding my shipping location. They worked with the local shipment company directly to ensure I was taken care of.
