They shipped it right away and they are very responsive to email. I ordered on Aug 28th. It took about 8 days to get it delivered. Just finished installed it on Oct 8th and it's functioning beautifully. This is a DIY project so it took awhile to get all the parts together and installed. I saved about $8K on the labor cost."
