"A LCD TV I ordered has a 2"X1" chip on the frame when I took it out of the box. After 2 weeks constant contact and providing the evidence that they asked for, they told me they wouldn't replace it.

The customer Service is very hard to reach. It takes forever to find a real person to speak with. Once you reach a CS, they are very polite, and keep telling you that you need to call back later. "

"They were good in everything except that:
1. There online tracking system is not good its mechanism is not effective and accurate.
2. When I contacted the logistics to ask them about my shipment and its tracking number they were so late answering my inquiry "although they claim online a 2 hours maximum response time" and their answer wasn't accurate also. (the sales rep jeff he gave me the accurate tracking numbers).
3. They shipped my order in 5 boxes!!! Although I asked them in my email to make all the quantity in one box and that made my reshipping cost tripled :("

"Although the item was showing in-stock during the time I placed the order, I realised that this "in-stock" was fake. When I realised that I wanted a confirmation when the item will be delivered, the answer I received was after two weeks which was unacceptable from my side. When I requested a refund, I was told it was done. However after more than a week, I still don't know why I have not yet got the refund till now.
Dealing with this shop was a nighmare that I'll make sure I don't go through again.

I hope I can get my 1,050 USD back with no more hassles than what I have already sufferred.

It is the first time to suffer while buying any stuff through amazon.com.

I also regret that amazon released the payment to the shop without doing its due deligence, the minimum of which should have been to make sure the item was in0stock and already shipped.

Apart from my dissappointment for not having the item that I wanted, I am still uncertain when my money will be refunded!

Amazon has to act immediately to secure my refund, as I have ultimately paid amazon.com.

Looking forward for a good solution and receiving a confirmation from my bank that the money (1050 USD) are back to my credit card.
