One negative though is that your order does not appear on their web site until the next day. So in this case, I did not know the status of my order at all and it was delivered before the order ever showed up on the web site. Even now, the order is there to see tracking info but there is no order history. I can't see what the order was and if I needed a copy of the order for waranty purposes, I could not get it from their website."
