When I look to my online banking, COMPUSA took the money from my credit card. I also gave a shipping address in the USA. On Thursday, COMPUSA sent me a mail stating that my order is on hold and I shall call to give a voice confirmation in order to allow you to expedite my shipment. When I call the Customer Care Service to give the voice confirmation they told me nothing serious for refusal of shipping. On Friday, my order is automatically cancelled by your system. What about my money though?
Since COMP USA refused to deliver my order to the shipping address which is South West Florida and cancelled it without my agreement could COMP USA kindly wire back the entire money to my credit card?
I am really sorry that COMP USA does not keep my order and I would appreciate receiving my money back pretty soon. I sent mails every day and today Monday I don’t receive any response. You will see below the different mails I received from your company.
