"Bad bad company, customer service personnel will lie to you and when ask to speak to a supervisor they never can get one to the phone. True story just got off the phone with them and they said"We were able to get to UPS and reroute the package back to them, guess who just pulled up with a package that was suppose to be deliver in two days. UPS with the package, I told them to take it back to them. More lies, and they still haven't refunded my money on my credit card. I was under the impression that they were crediting my card sometime this week, but no they decided to send the same products to me again after I ask for a return that's why there are two order numbers. The first one was the original that I was suppose to receive in two days, the second one is what COMPUSA decided to do so they wouldn't have to refund my card. This was my first time using their company and my last. First impressions are last impressions, and their customer services can really lie good. "
"This was my first purchase on CompUSA and I got to say it has been a good one so far, there was several approaches by the accounting department to verify my identity and address but always with a great service attitude, I had to fax them some information but it was not too much of a problem for me.

"Great! Very easy to navigate the website. I bought things on sale from the ads and by searching for them. I was able to compare items. Prices were better or equal to elsewhere, store or internet, Shipping prices were good for basic and arrived more quickly than expected. Items were as advertised, high quality at lower prices. It helped to have customer reviews. I have yet to send in the rebate on 1 item but was able to prepare it easily from the CompUSA website, nice feature. "Dont ever buy here is the worse choice you can make if the item is defective you can go through hell to get your money back. Generally they are defective items. then you go through hours over the phone to get a representative to help you they all tell you different things and wrong things, and then you get stuck with even UPS charging you for the item returned. Be careful with this people they are not good. I was a client and this is the horrible way they treat their clients one of the representatives even cut me off over the phone unbelievable , so rude so so rude.And still it not solved ."
"Prior to using CompUSA/Systemax I visited a CompUSA retail location. After trying to get the attenition of three salespeople who were huddled in conversation together, I got a fourth to agree to help. How ever I was amazed that he didn't know what a drive for a 3 1/2 inch disc was! He finally realized that it was what he called a floppy, but didn't know the true floppy was the older 5 1/4 disc in a paper sleeve. That's when he told me CompUSA didn't have them anymore, and they could not check to see if an online CompUSA store would have one. When I got home, I found what I wanted online, and ordering it was so easy!"
