"This is my third 24" Gateway monitor. I am pleased with two of those purchases. One monitor came shipped with a sheet of film on the inside of the glass. The only way to describe it is it was like soap scum residue,two uniform strips one about 9" wide the other 5" wide on the inside. I only mention this to inform people "buyer beware" Gateway will not pay shipping costs on their monitors even if as in this case it came out of the box like this and is clearly asembled with a dirty glass. So I am not impressed at all with their warranty if it does not include shipping. You never know how a company will stand behind their product until something goes wrong. CompUSA did take it back. At least the seller is reputable. Because of this I will not buy another Gateway monitor again. Nice Monitor lousy speakers crappy warranty."

"I was very much impressed with CompUSA on line. The price of the item was $10 less than anywhere else that I tried. The order was delivered two days after I ordered it, which is excellent service. There used to be a CompUSA store nearby, but it closed. I really think it would be great if another CompUSA would open nearby. I used to shop in that store frequently. You cannot find the great selection of software in any other store."

"When I received the Acer Aspire desktop it was damaged, apparently in transit. I called the Comp USA customer service hotline and the service rep suggested that I check the system out to determine whether or not the damage was cosmetic or functional. Unfortunately the damage was functional and the system needed to be returned. Again the rep immediately responded by e-mailing me a prepaid UPS return label. He was extremely apologetic and, sadly, advised me that there were none of the systems available any longer. I will continue to surf the CompUSA site to find a system to my liking. Based upon my experience with their customer service department they are the company I want to deal with when placing future orders for systems or components. In the meantime I am waiting for PayPal to process a credit back to my credit card. All in all, I was very pleased with my CompUSA experience and would recommend them to anyone in the markert for a computer or any other type of electronics. "

"I just ordered 3 new computer monitors from CompUSA because their web site advertised FREE SHIPPING on order over $100 and less than 25 lbs.
At 13lbs. per monitor, I figured I would qualify for free shipping on at least ONE of the monitors or worse case, the would discount my shipping total. NOPE. I pay them over $400, ask for $10 break in shipping, and they tell me to take a hike. $10 is not going to break me. The issue is how they treat their customers.
Now, would it have been worth $10 to CompUSA to not have me post this message in this public forum? It was worth it to me."
"bag was really nice! very dissapointed about the netgear wireless internet. No software,told to go online? How do you go online if you are buying a wireless adaptor? No mention of no software in ad. Very dissapointed. I did move the whole computer to the plug in and then downloaded the software took a long time, cumbersome! Please change the ad on this! "
