"Shipping was very expensive and shipper had no tracking system. Not very impressive!"
"The package arrived in good time; the appliance had a very small dent in an upper back corner probably due to the shipper, but as we were moving then and didn't have the time to examine it very closely we missed it. As it does not affect the performance or even the appearance very much we let it go.
The dishwasher seems to be working quite well, as promised. "

2) two weeks goes by no delivery, paid for 3-5 day
3) call them 10/22/03, they can't find it
4) called back two days later, they inform me they don't have any more units and will have to wait till november
5) I call two days later to cancel order, come to find out, my order was shipped that day. I fight and fight finally get them to accept the fact they screwed up and will pay for my order return.
that was the end of last week.
6) Called today to figure out way it has not been picked up, they had the nerve to tell me that I would have to pay for the pickup, and that the "ordering of an incorrect appliance is my fault" I had it out with them and discovered that these customer service experts were looking at the wrong order.
7) They apologize and submit the paperwork to get the unit picked up.
A full month of BS thanks to them."
