"I put off ordering ink too long. When my (Brother) printer wouldn't print because I was now out of yellow, I got online and found CompandSave. I found an excellent package for my older model printer with a "can't beat it" price. I was prepared to have to leave home for my printing needs, but in about 4 days I returned home to find an upgraded shipped package at my door - on top of my fantastic first time ordering discount!!!

My first order
"After HP started to reject third party ink cartridges, I had to get a new set as soon as I could, and they provided me with quick shipping. Unfortunately, one of the 4 cartridges arrived damaged, and after speaking with a customer service representative (via email), and attaching the printer report as well as a photo of the damaged cartridge, the representative shipped out an immediate replacement. I was down for the time it took to ship the cartridges, and that time doubled, but that was acceptable to me. HP ink cartridges are nearly twice the price of those I got from CompAndSave and well worth the wait for their product. "

"The item wasn’t a good fit. Returning it was a complicated process. The return authorization has to be printed out. I was also charged over $9 return fee plus UPS charge. Make sure you order the correct item!"
