"I put off ordering ink too long. When my (Brother) printer wouldn't print because I was now out of yellow, I got online and found CompandSave. I found an excellent package for my older model printer with a "can't beat it" price. When I called to explain the situation, they explained exactly what I needed to do to return the order and receive a credit. They even sent me a prepaid return form. In the mean time I ordered the correct cartridges. On Tuesday 6/19/2024 I returned the incorrect cartridges. I spoke with both Rosenna and a Arianna (hope I spelled their names correctly) and they could not have been any nicer and knowledgeable!!! "
