"I put off ordering ink too long. When my (Brother) printer wouldn't print because I was now out of yellow, I got online and found CompandSave. I found an excellent package for my older model printer with a "can't beat it" price. I was prepared to have to leave home for my printing needs, but in about 4 days I returned home to find an upgraded shipped package at my door - on top of my fantastic first time ordering discount!!!

"Unfortunately when removing cover from the XL black cartridge, ink splashed out on my hand and the floor (carpet!). It may have only been a tablespoon but when you’re talking ink, that’s a lot. That’s my only issue with Comp & Save cartridges which has happened occasionally before. "
"Ordered my printer ink on March 12th, and finally got it on April 1. Order was sent from California, to New Jersey, where it stayed for about a week, then finally made it to Houston, only to be delivered to my neighbors house. Several e-mails to CompandSave Customer Service to try and locate my package, and then was told to go and contact the Post Office. Pretty sad there on that part.
I ordered a different batch of printer ink off of Amazon in the meantime, while I waited for the CompandSave order to arrive.
Not a very good experience. Time will tell if the ink product from CompandSave will hold up.

"The ink cartages worked just like they said. All was going great until my printer reached the end of its life.
To make a long story short, I needed a new printer. I tried to find one that used the cartages to no avail.
Contacted CompAndSave and was answered by Customer Service. Cedrick was my contact person when I explained my situation to him he told me I could return my cartages for a refund. Was I pleased you bet I was. I received an RMA in my e-mail and I was able to send them at no charge.
