"I’m not sure what’s wrong with the print cartridge. It isn’t empty, but it will not flow into the print head. At first I kept getting an error that said there was a missing or damaged cartridge. Now I get no error message, and when I go through all of the settings and test print, ect, it shows all is normal and functioning properly. But it only prints a blank page after going through all of the printing action motions. "

"I placed an order for replacement ink cartridges almost a month ago.
The tracking information indicates that my order shipped being shipped on January 11, 2024.
But for the past three weeks, tracking says that the package has not moved.
This suggests that the package has been lost.
