"Didn't receive my Comp-A-cash discount on the purchase. I was told by customer service that it would be automatically applied to my order and it didn't happen. I've had problems with their shopping cart before. They eventually credited my PayPal account after the purchase which created another problem. I don't like having to chase after discounts when they are offered and owed to me. I also don't like having to fix their snafus. Turns out their shopping cart system is a little more complex than the "automatic" system they tout. They should just go to Amazon.com and study their shopping cart. It's easy to understand and it always works with no hassles. If they can't figure out how to configure a workable shopping cart that works with the discount cash program they offer, then they should quit offering Comp-A-cash and just lower their prices commensurately. Make ordering easy or customers, like myself, will walk."
