"This company has a zero talent level in their customer service department. I ordered an item that was specific to my bike. The item was a Throttlemeister cruise control accessory for a Mpto Guzzi 8v 1200 SE. The representative gave me various choices and the on I chose was said to be a perfect fit. My mechanic attempted to install the Throttlemeister cruise control system that was sent to us. It was an incorrect part. The one sent to us was only for model years prior to 2011. I reordered the part my mechanic researched and returned the other item suggested by their representative. They later informed me that since I had lost the bubble wrap and returned the items wrapped carefully in paper towels. I returned the original box shipped inside of a UPS box filled with packing peanuts. The customer service representatative named Christina informed me that my return was rejected and I would not receive a refund. I still have not received the parts back from them, so I guess they not only refuse to refund the $165 they are also going to keep the part I paid to shop back to them. In my opinion this company is the worst I've done business with. Stick to RevZilla, Cycle Gear or Motorcycle Superstore. I am planning a 16 day trip and all of these other companies were fantastic at shipping numerous items to me. RevZilla sent me three helmets and refunded all monies rapidly when these helmets did not fit. Their customer service is top notch. I had similar experiences with Cycle Gear and Motorcycle Superstore. "

" Ordered item early Mon morning, didn't arrive till the end of following week on Fri, despite showing it was 'IN STOCK' - was thinking 5 day shipping time - wrong....

Kept checking account for delivery time, or status change - nothing. "Order pending" for two weeks? If its back-ordered, then say so- you got the email.... I understand shipping issues - shouldn't leave customers in a two week "order pending" limbo without contacting them concerning their order.

My item got delivered despite status showing "order pending'.... The competition (big and small) can deliver their items in less than two weeks and states so, also keeps one informed of status-changes when it doesn't .

You prices are great, communication skills, not so... give the 'blog' pen a rest.

Oh, why did I have to pay taxes (CA), when 'CommAccs' is based in IN? If you do have a store in CA, why did it take so long....

"The adventure pants are a pretty good deal. The waist closure rotates and can be a little frustrating. The size is off a little bit.

CA seems to forget to send me tracking #'s every time.

I would recommend the pants.
