"Ordered 2.5 x 10 5 micron water filters on Amazon, received 12-20x4.5 water filters, Called them and they said they apologized for the error and would send the correct ones out and I can dispose of the others. 2 days later the Mailman shows up, a little frustrated says he has a couple packages, he delivers 3 huge boxes of.... you guessed it 36 more 20x4.5 filters, I mean really folks WTF !!! Too bad you can not do -5 stars. These people should not have a paypal acount, or be allowed to be a yahoo store. Placed an order for 2 carbon filters.
The last order I got from them showed up in 4 days (that was great).
After 1 week; I started to contact them every day. First by phone a few times, but they have a message at their front desk (the front desk is an answering machine). I you need to contact us; do it by email...It s quicker . After several days going on a full two weeks...no response. I was thinking maybe the improbable had happened. They dis appeared from the surface of the earth.
So I m thinking...somethings wrong and nobody replying. I put a claim in on the Paypal payment I made to them.
Still no reply of any kind or notification of tracking.
Then I get an email yesterday from Paypal.
The seller has responded to your claim. And there is the Fex Ex tracking.
Bear in mind that I wrote them and told them that whatever their problem was, I need filters, so cancel my order and give me a refund. In my claim...I explained that and the only acceptable outcome of this claim would be a full refund. Paypal accepts this irrational behavor, and goes
along with the tracking...Complete Filtration and Paypal can not be trusted with your money. Go elsewhere.....!!!!!

"Totally Incompetent. I had placed a previous order with Complete Filtration Services that was great, (fast shipping, correct order,ect. This time I wasn't so lucky. I placed my order on July 4th and received the e-mail that the order would be processed with a link to a Yahoo tracking page with no information other than the order number. After a month of nothing I sent an e-mail concerning the order and received a prompt return e-mail stating the office was closed but they would looking into the status of the order next business day. That was the last correspondence I have had with the company. I have sent several e-mail inquiring to the status and called several times to a recording referring me to e-mail them. Two months after my order was placed and still no merchandise or reply from Complete Filtration. Will never use again IF/WHEN I ever get this resolved "

Order processing was terrible: took over 2 weeks to ship out my order, and only after I e-mailed to complain. They did not honor a request to cancel the order due to this excessive delay.

"The way to judge a good etailer is not how things are when everything goes right, but what they do when everything goes wrong. In my case everything went wrong, and Complete Filtration Services failed.
First problem--no order confirmation. If you order, be sure to print out what you see on screen, because that's the last you will see of your order. No way to look up what you ordered or even how much you agreed to pay. My bet is that they must manually generate an order confirmation, not a real online site that does it automatically.
Second problem--after waiting 13 days, sent an email asking about the order status. Was told they would be sent out "this week". After waiting 13 more days, they finally arrived (well past the 14 day lead time). My bet is that they forgot to order them until my email asking about their status.
Third problem--what I received was not what I ordered. Well without an order confirmation it was hard to tell what I did order, but to their credit they admitted it was their mistake. I bet they must manually copy your order and submit it to the manufacturer, not an automatic order system at all. Was told they would pick up the incorrect filters and correct the problem "as soon as possible".
That was the last I heard from them for 5 weeks. Sent 5 emails, called numerous times (they don't answer the phones) without a response. Finally I emailed every email address I could find for them and got a response.
Was promised the incorrect filters would be picked up the next day. Two days later they were still sitting in my living room.
Was told the correct filters would not ship until the incorrect ones were picked up. Kind of a problem here--I can't get the new ones shipped until the old ones are picked up, yet they do not send for them as they promised.
Asked to cancel my order, but of course they won't give a refund until the incorrect order is shipped back to them, but wait, they will never get them unless they actually get UPS over here to pick them up.
Unfortunately I found out they deserved the F rating from the better business bureau. I should have checked that before ordering. "
