By phone, instructed to return incorrect model as condition to sending model as ordered. "I purchased a really great printer. CompuBiz had the best price by far. My only complaint is that they ship Fedex and require a direct sign. It took a little over a week for my order to be shipped then Fedex was trying to deliver for another week. The Fedex location wasn't even the closest one so I couldn't just go and pick up my printer. I finally got someone at Fedex to work with me and call me before delivery so I could be sure to be home. It was a huge pain!"
