"I ordered 7 new Harmony One remote controls. I received a box with 7 obviously refurbished units. I called Compuvest and the agent said, that yes " supposed to receive new units". The units I received had scrathes, no manuals or CD's, nothing. We checked 2 of the units and decided to send the whole order back. We understand that accidents happen and mistakes are made. After receiving my returned units, they decided to credit me for approx 6 of the seven units. When I called about it they said only one of the 7 remotes was refurbished, (We checked two and both were OBVIOUS!) the rest were new, so they charged restocking on 6 of the 7 units.
I then had to contact yet another person, who never responded. DFo yourself a favor, if your OK with getting refurbished stuff Compuvest is fine, If you want guaranteed new buy elsewhere! Honestly is obviously not "Job One" at Compuvest!

Note - After receiving the response below from Compuvest, I am still waiting for the promised credit a week later........!"
