"This item is a Cobra Nav One that was supposed to be FACTORY REFURBISHED. I could NOT get it to turn on. I thought maybe it needed charging, so I used the USB to connect it to my computer. It then showed a bar that looked like something filling up. After about 5 minutes, it turned itself OFF. I COULD NOT restart it. My overall satisfaction is ZERO STARS, not one. ~Ed~"

"I found exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to order. It delivered very fast. The only thing I was surprised about was the box that actually held the laptop wasn't packaged as well as I expected.....it was flopping around loose inside, but it was however placed inside of a larger box full of packing peanuts. "Bought a somewhat obscure model of remote control. Received a defective one. Returned it, but they refused to give me a refund and only allowed me to receive store credit. Furthermore, they apparently did not have any more of the remote controls I wanted, so they could not send me a non-defective one, even though a week prior their inventory reported they had 12 in stock.

As for the store credit, they said they could not give me a refund because I returned the item more than 30 days after I ordered it. But I got the return authorization 25 days after I bought the item, and shipped it right after. So I was penalized because it took too long for them to receive it? I waited 9 days after I ordered the item before it actually arrived, and it took a week or two after that before I was able to confirm that the item was defective. So it would have been unreasonably difficult to actually have it back in their hands within the 30 day period.

Then I figured, whatever, I'll just wait until I need some electronics, and I'll use my store credit then. Today, I experienced that need, and went to order stuff. Turns out the store credit is only good for 90 days.

So this company took my money, sent me a defective product, and ran away. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and I will update this review if this gets resolved.

UPDATE: As it turns out, whoever I spoke to last time was mistaken, and my store credit was still available. I still take issue with the original refund policy, but the company was helpful in resolving this issue. Bumped review from 1/5 to 3/5 stars.
