It was advertised as used , possibly a demo model. It included all necessary parts and start up disk. User guide is on the Disk. Monitor seems to function well.There have been plenty of email updates from CompuVest and ResellerRatings during the purchase and shipment thank you."

No where on the web form could I find how many days it would take for a ground shipment to arrive. Turns out my order is to arrive on 1/16, a holiday—almost two weeks. That's a little extreme for one little card, weighing less than a pound. I'm not happy with this at all. I didn't receive the notification for shipment until 1/9. "from what ive been reading people have had issues with products being in stock or not. the website tends not to be accurate with quantities, and i would recommend calling CompuVest to see what is in stock. For example, i saw a product i was interested listed as Quantity 2, and when i was calling about a price discrepancy for the same product, they informed me that they were out of stock on the Quantity 2 product.

All in all, call before you place an order and you'll most likely avoid any sort of headache."
