"I returned a notebook battery that was not the correct battery. I contacted compuvest and requested the correct battery be sent, and any extra charges were to be billed to my credit card on file. I was notified that my return had been received, but no further contact was made. More than a week later I discovered they had credited back the purchase price, less $25. It would have been a nice if they'd notified me of their actions."
