"i would be happier with compuvest if their online inventory wasn't so far off. i ordered a couple of toner cartidges from them as their inventory showed 19 in stock, and then a couple of days later got a call and email from them saying they were backordered. good support, but lousy online inventory, so i gave them a three star rating. for something in stock they are probably really good to deal with but i lost some time because of their inventory system being badly wrong. no big deal i guess."

"Purchased a "new" Lenovo battery. Received a heavily used 3 year old battery with a history of over 500 charge cycles that is half dead. The battery showed obvious sings of wear and had dirt on it. How can they sell this used junk as new? Do they even inspect what they ship? This is completely unacceptable and inexcusable."
