Talk about bad customer service, when I asked why nobody returned my call they said “ they were in a meeting”, seriously do you expect me to believe that crap. You hide behind emails and chats to avoid your real responsibilities, your company is doomed for failure, its just a matter of time.

"I found a Wyse P20 on the website which I wanted to purchase. I started a Live Chat with a rep named Fallon whom I asked if they could get this item overnighted and shipped out that day. The only reason I decided to go with them is because I was told I would get it the next day. Then they charged my card and didn't send me a tracking number. I asked repeatedly for a tracking number that day and was COMPLETELY IGNORED. The following day I had my office call to find out when the package would arrive that day. Fallon said there was a item "lock" and the order had been canceled. She also tried to tell my assistant that she told me this via email the day prior. LIE. I check my email and NO COMMUNICATION was sent to me saying the order had been canceled or otherwise. Now I have a upset client that had expected a technician to be onsite installing that there was a ordering "glitch" and we had to order from another vendor. This was my first and LAST time ordering from Compuvest. 2 Thumbs DOWN "

"i purchased creative inspire T10 computer speakers. the speakers arrived via fed-ex safe and sound within 5 business days! i got a very nice discount price for these speakers, "out of box" and upon opening the package i saw they were professionally packed in "like new" condition and upon playing them i was surprised by their robust sound full and crisp. a 2.0 system that is a huge improvement over the stock speakers i have been using. i have owned 2.1 speakers by creative but i find using the Inspire T10's there is no need for that big bass box and i don't miss the big thump-thump. my neighbors don't either. so far, i'm impressed and pleased by these speakers and very glad i made this purchase. thanks.
