"I was very disappointed with CompuVest sending me a HP server cache battery that was almost 3 years old. I tried explaining to them that batteries have a limited shelf life. They didn't seem to care at all. I asked them if they were going to continue selling this as "New" and they said that they were.

Update: After posting this fairly negative review, I received a call about 20 minutes later from CompuVest explaining that the person I initially spoke to was "in training" and that they would review the battery shelf-life issue and were going to talk to their vendor. They also said they they were going to issue a complete refund."
