This was a great expereince through and through.

This computer system is unbelievable. Very little time to set this up. It is a little louder than any system I have had experience with and I was slightly worried that the person I purchased this for would be bothered, but they love this computer. I do wish this was a little quieter, but compared to comparably built systems (and some built to higher spec) this computer is much faster so I think it does balance out.

Delivery, was extremely fast. I thought I had purchased rushed shipping or something with as fast as the PC had arrived.

I will most certainly recommend them and not only will I do business with them again, I already have as I have already purchased the same PC, configured the same way as gift for yet another person.

"Novice computer guy. Purchased computer with No O/S. AMD Athlon2 6000.Excellent value. Easy to install my XP pro O/S.Easy to install drivers that come with PC.Total set up took me a good 4 hours but was a good learning experience.Works great, very pleased. Referred by the IT guy at work and will definitely recommend to others. To be fair, I have to mention two negative things. First, the "THERMALTAKE ULTRA-QUIET CASE FAN" is anything but "ULTRA-QUIET".I'm not saying its super loud, but louder than I expected. It really isn't a big deal, its tolerable. The second issue was the delivery.I placed my order 10/25/08.It shipped 10/27/08.First delivery attempt 10/31/08.The sender failed to include my condo "Unit" number on the address label.So, the Fed Ex guy can't deliver.There are 6 condos at my address and it would have taken the guy a couple of minutes to knock on a few doors.It was a Friday and the next delivery attempt wouldn't be until Monday. I was working all day and my wife was waiting around for the delivery.I decided to pick it up Monday 11/3/08 @ Fed Ex facility.So, Fed Ex sucks because they don't give you a delivery window at all, not even on packages that require sign receipt.BUT, this wouldn't have been an issue at all if the sender PROPERLY ADDRESSED the package.All confirmation correspondence from the sender showed the correct shipping address, but the last man printing out the address label dropped the ball.Overall, excellent product, would have been excellent delivery time, excellent value, will definitely use again in the future.
