Try that with other brand names. 3) Three year limited warranty. 4) Lifetime support was a HUGE factor in my decision. 5) I know if I call for support, or questions, I will be getting a true technician based in the USA that will know what they are talking about. That's was another HUGE factor in my purchase decision.
