As other reviewers noted - they were extremely helpful in helping me configure exactly what I wanted.

After about 2 yrs one of the circulating fans was starting to make noise.. (it did not die - but noise means it was going to go soon) So for a few bucks they sent me a replacement.

Initially I bought from them because the price was great. Next time I will buy without even price shopping. Unfortunately for them this thing is working so good I don't see a new one in the near future.
