I purchased a Intel i7 2600 based system. I have had the system for about a month. I am very happy with it. It is a professionally built and very fast system. Nice and clean on the inside. It is built with quality name brand parts. And exactly the parts that I ordered. The ComputerLX website was easy to use. I discussed my proposed configuration with Elana from the Sales team. She was knowledgeable and helpful in reviewing my selections and offered a couple of low cost options that benefited the system build. The computer was delivered to my house on the estimated delivery date. Packaging was good. And the computer booted up quickly the first time.

I had one minor minor inconvenience. I ordered a two hard drive system but the computer did not recognize the second drive. Of course the computer arrived after Customer Service headed home for the weekend. After a few searches and checking a couple things I figured out that the second drive was not formatted. It was a simple process to format the drive. It would have been good to have a note saying how to format or even better to have the drive formatted. Again, this was only a minor inconvenience, but I mention it in case it helps someone else.

"I purchased a high-end PC computer system from this company for Dartmouth College to be used for HD Video Editing.

They advised me as to what hardware I would need given the software that I was using and what I wanted to do and told me where I could cut corners and not waste my money.

I found them very knowledgeable and helpful.

I did have some minor issues with the machine after it arrived (Mostly caused by rough handling during shipping, but their technical support people talked me through everything and took all the time needed to be sure I was up and running ASAP.

Shipping was fast and the pricing was the best that I found for anything similar.

I would highly recommend this company and will gladly use them again for my next project!"
