After much research and reading of reviews, I decided this was the company I wanted to order my new computer from. I called and spoke with Elena in Sales and found her to be very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I sent an email to Elena with my usage requirements and the individual components I thought I wanted and a list of specific questions about some of the components. She responded quickly and made suggested changes that I agreed with. I placed the order on 3/14 and received the system on 3/21 which I thought was excellent. So far, I have had one conversation with Edward in technical support over some minor things I was having trouble understanding and he resolved the issues quickly. I strongly recommend AllPCZone!"
"I have mixed emotions with this company. I ordered a computer that was priced very competitively with the competition however when it arrived the video card was busted, the Costumer service was fantastic walked me though some trouble shooting steps then told me to send it back and then they would send me a new one. All this occurred the Friday before my spring break, now they estimated i would get my new card on Monday or Tuesday of the following week, 4 days, only 2 business days which is very excellent, so i pay the 9 dollars to ship it back complaint free. So when do i get my new card, TEN DAYS LATER, they ran out of stock of the card i purchased the Monday they were supposed to send me a new one and their new shipments do not arrive until Fridays, this was awful but not a reason for a poor review, what is a reason is that they did not tell me no email, no call letting me know of the delay. finally i contact them and they explain telling me they will overnight it to me Friday night so I'll get it Saturday. This also does not work because over nighting is not available in my region of ohio. So instead of attempting to arrange for me to pick it up at the local fed ex store they wait and ship it Monday and i finally get it Tuesday, roughly 10 days after the ordering of the new video card, they offered no compensation or anything, do i recommend this company, yes, am i completely satisfied with their logistics not really, but there computer is solid and the value fantastic
April 3rd; My GPU broke again, no display, its sunday so i cannot contact their company, hopefully they send a new one, but offer to at least pay for shipping. I'm crushed..."

Waiting on Tech Support to call me back after leaving a message with Costumer Support because I could not get thru. I’ll write another review after I talk with them.
Got it figured out, ended up that my external hard drive (HP 1T) was not being recognized, noticed it in Windows Explorer. Unplugged it and plugged it back in then rebooted. Back up to speed!?! Never heard from Tech Support, but I did call late."

"Run for your life, and your money. I ordered a custom-built pc from these guys and to be totally honest, was very happy with the price. Theses folks were nothing but courteous and fair to me and my requests up until the point they recieved my money: $1251.00 to be exact. I received the computer when it was promised, had it shipped 2nd day air because im in alaska. One catch however, it does not work. I waited until the next morning and called tech support, spoke with Brian for about a minute, was put on hold for 28 minutes after telling him my brand new "thoroughly tested system" did not boot up, or display images. I called them back and talked to a guy named Edward who seems like he wanted to help, but was too busy blaming FedEx for "Dropping the computer" than actually helping me address the problem. I was walked through making sure nothing was disconnected, and double checking wires and proper seating of the memory cards, graphics card, and processor. Nothing was disconnected except for a cord that powers the processor through the motherboard (sounds important huh?) . This connector was contacting a fan for starters, and after connecting it properly, realized that the way this thing clips in, you could drop the computer down an elevator shaft and it wouldn't come off. I seriously doubt that this computer was even tested before it left their facility. As for connecting the wires, it didn't help at all. Then they had me clear the stored memory in the board by transferring a small jumper piece to some pins. Didn't help either. I was told Ed would figure out whether they wanted to ship it back or try something else. He said "We'd rather not ship it back across the country to fix it, I may just end up sending you a replacement motherboard." Call me crazy, but if i pay you to build me a computer because im not comfortable doing it myself and you offer a 3 year limited warranty, why the hell should i be replacing parts that never worked at all? He said he would call me within 3 hours. I waited 5, no call from him, so i decided to call tech support, they were closed. I spoke with Elena in sales 2 times who assured me he would get back to me within 20 minutes. 3 hours later, he calls me and says he wants ME to go through the system and look for irregularities, and take pictures of the inside of the case. Now if I knew what the irregularities looked like I would have fixed them, or for that matter I would probably be competent enough to just build it myself. I was asked to contact them again the next day on a saturday, which is today. He gave me Brian's personal ext. and guess what, he never answered. I left two polite messages and have since had no reply. However, while AllPCZone hasn't bothered to honor their agreement thus far, It's now out of my hands, and theirs. The fine folks over at VISA are angry, a lot angrier than I am. By far the best price I've seen on custom built computers, and what would seem like a great warranty, but just remember that you get what you pay for. This refund is going straight to Alienware, because they take care of customers.
3/28/2011- After posting this online last night I have finally been contacted by Mike Solovey the Vice President. He assures me that I will be their first priority come monday morning. It's not that I don't appreciate the sudden enthusiasm in helping me get what I already paid for, I'm just frustrated that I had to go this far to get someone's attention. There's no doubt in my mind that had I not posted a negative review of their company I would still be staring at a $1251 paper weight that lights up green with no hope of being reimbursed. However if they make this right, I will thank the living hell out of Mike Solovey and unpost this immediately, (because I know he's reading this). :D
3/29/2011- I've been contacted as promised by Mike Solovey who was courteous, polite, and prompt in mailing me a fed-ex label to immediately overnight ship the computer back and they are going to start from scratch and build me a completely new system. He even let me change my order to a new i7 motherboard and processor system. He even assured me the new unit would arrive before the end of the week. If this support continues I have no complaints whatsoever and appreciate Mr. Solovey and his regards for my satisfaction. Things are starting to look up for sure.
3/31/2011- I received my new system from computerlx and am more than satisfied. Whatever problems i''ve had have been completely addressed. Mr. Solovey stayed true to his word and the new system was built from scratch and is absolutely badass.
They even overnighted it back to me for free. I withdraw whatever complaints I've had with this company and hold them in the highest regards. Not to mention, after I placed my new order i was contacted by the sales staff and elena went over every piece of my system and suggested some very cost effective upgrades which I am absolutely amazed by. Thank you Mr. Solovey and ComputerLX for all your work and making this system and my satisfaction priority one. "
