"I ordered a few 16GB Ram Sticks for an ASRock 970A-G/3.1. A couple of them tested bad and I connected with Sam G.I. He was very understanding of situation and also asked that I double-check some steps.

I live in the Midwest and received the replacements in a matter of days (not weeks).
